1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PieceClick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PieceClick is an independent, fan-created community platform for sharing brick-building enhancements, managing personal building set collections, and discovering upgrades created by other builders. The service is provided free of charge. PieceClick is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with the LEGO Group of companies.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, descriptions, build data). By submitting content, you grant PieceClick a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Misrepresents the origin or nature of the build.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. PieceClick is an independent, fan-created community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the LEGO Group. The LEGO name and logo are used here solely for identification and informational purposes under nominative fair use. All LEGO set data displayed on PieceClick is sourced from publicly available third-party APIs (such as Rebrickable) and is provided for informational and community reference purposes only.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the service.
  • Do not manipulate likes, enhancement requests, or other community features.
  • Do not circumvent security measures or rate limits.

7. Enhancement Requests

Enhancement requests are limited to one active request per LEGO set per user. Requests expire after 30 days if not fulfilled. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PieceClick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of LEGO set data, or availability of specific features.

10. Limitation of Liability

PieceClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
