About PieceClick
Every LEGO set tells a story. PieceClick is where builders write the next chapter, sharing upgrades, enhancements, and creative twists that go beyond the instructions.
Enhance your sets, your way
PieceClick is built for what happens after you finish building your set and start thinking about how to improve it or make it stand out more.
Light up your sets with clever electrical setups. Find or make clean lighting ideas that bring architecture, cityscapes, and interiors to life, and share what materials you used so others can replicate it. Custom, cheap, and simple light work is encouraged, but if you find a great light kit available on the market, feel free to share that too with a link to where people can get it.
Showcase your sets with 3D printed parts, wall mounts, custom display stands, or entirely new accessories. If you can model it, it belongs here. Upload your STL files directly and let others explore an interactive 3D preview of the piece right on the page, or download it to print themselves. Include the materials and tools you used so others can give it a try.
Motorise your static sets. Add gears, motors, and mechanisms that bring your LEGO set to life. Whether you're using official LEGO Power Functions or Powered Up motors and connectors, or rigging up your own hardware with custom servos, battery packs, and wiring, anything goes. Specify exactly what components you used so others can replicate or adapt your setup. Share the parts, the process, and the result.
Request enhancements
Don't see an enhancement for a set you own? You can request one directly from your collection page. Pick the type of enhancement you're looking for (lighting, 3D printed, motorised, and more) and submit a request so builders know where the demand is.
You can submit one request per set at a time, and it stays active for 30 days. If a builder fulfils it within that time by uploading a matching enhancement, brilliant. If not, the request expires and you're free to submit a new one. You can also browse the most requested enhancements from other users to see what the community is looking for, and if you have the skills, build it.
Fair use: one request per set. To keep things fair for everyone, each user can only have one active enhancement request per set at any given time. This means you need to choose the enhancement type you'd most like to see, rather than requesting all types at once. Once your request is fulfilled or expires, you're free to request again. This ensures the most desired enhancements rise to the top naturally and no single user floods the requests list for one set.
Share great work, credit the right people
Brilliant enhancement work is scattered across the internet, and PieceClick tries to collect and display it all in one place so builders don't have to spend hours searching for the right thing.
If you find something amazing that someone else created, you're welcome to make a post about it. Add some images so people know the enhancement exists, and always link to the original creator or company so others can visit the source. A simple idea can do wonders, and sharing it here helps the whole community.
If a post features work that isn't your own and proper attribution is missing, you will receive a message to fix it in a timely manner. Giving credit where it's due keeps PieceClick fair and respectful to the people whose work makes it valuable.
What you can do
Search the gallery by set number, theme, or enhancement tag. Sort by hearts or recency to find what resonates.
Upload photos of your builds, link them to the original LEGO set, add tags, and describe exactly how you enhanced or upgraded it.
Like the builds you appreciate. Popular enhancements naturally rise to the top, giving great ideas more visibility.
Track the LEGO sets you own and discover enhancements that other users have created for those same sets.
Submit an enhancement request for a set in your collection. One request per set at a time, choose wisely. Active until fulfilled or expired (30 days).
Getting started
You can browse the full gallery without an account. To post builds, heart other people's work, manage your collection, or submit enhancement requests, sign up. It takes about 30 seconds and you're in immediately.
